Fixing: plinth optional, not included but can be supplied. There are two 12mm studs in the base allowing the piece to be mounted directly on to a steel plate (not included) set into the ground.

This piece arose out of a desire to merge the abstract, machine-like form of 'Upward Spiral' with something more organic. It represents the relationship between two bodies and defines a space between them that is different from every angle of view. They could be considered to represent a human relationship without being figurative in any way.
